  1. WHY CHOOSE LONDON’S COOKIES AND SWEETS?

While we know that you have a number of talented bakers to choose from, we set ourselves apart by not only our attention to detail but we take the time to get to know each customer/receiver to personalize every order. We also work diligently to make sure each order receives the best flavors to delight your guests.

 

2.  WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

There are no minimum orders for pre-order cookies. Our minimum order for standard sized cookies is two dozen. The standard size for our cookies are 3″-4″ and minis are 1″ to 2.5″. *Minis require a minimum of two dozen. Mini favor packs have a 6 pack minimum order. There is a 1 dozen minimum for cupcakes.

 

3.  HOW FAR IN ADVANCE TO PLACE AN ORDER?

There is a 2 week minimum to place an order. The more in advance that  you place an order, the sooner that your preferred date can be locked in and leaves ample time to come up with a terrific design for you and your guests!

 

4.  HOW MUCH DO CUSTOM COOKIES COST?

With the exception of cookie platters and holiday/special event cookie sets, cookie prices vary per order.  Prices vary on size and complexity of designs. The average price per cookie ranges from $1.25-$8. Again, this can be altered based on how big and how intricate the custom design is. If you have a particular budget, please make sure to tell us and we will work hard to make sure that you and your guests are happy!

 

5.  WHY DO THE COOKIES COST SO MUCH?

Due to the time and research that goes into personalizing each cookie set, prices are a bit higher than your local grocery store. One cookie alone can range from 1 hr to 10 hrs to decorate.  This does not include the research, baking or the packaging that goes into each special order.

 

6.  HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

As soon as you fill out your order form, you will be contacted by London’s Cookies and Sweets to confirm details. Once details are confirmed, you will be sent  an invoice to pay via Paypal.  The invoice must be paid in full in order to confirm your order. You will be given 48 hrs to pay the invoice to avoid losing your preferred date.

 

7.  WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

We at London’s Cookies and Sweets understand that life happens. If you need to cancel an order for a refund, please allow 10-12 days prior to date for an 80% refund.  If you need to cancel 7 to 9 days prior to date, you will receive a 50% refund.  Anything less than 7 days, will not be refunded due to final preparations begin a week prior to date. Thanks in advance for understanding!!

 

8.  I WANT COOKIES BUT I’M HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE DESIGN. CAN YOU HELP?

Ofcourse! We’d love to help you. Just make sure to state that you would like a little help coming up with the design and we will sketch something just for you. There is a design fee of $15 due prior to sending  the sketch. You can also take a look at our gallery to get an idea of a design you may want for your special event!

 

9.  DO YOU OFFER VEGAN OR NUT-FREE OPTIONS-WHAT’S IN THEM?

Currently, we are working on a tasty vegan recipe so we can cater to a wider range of customers. Our cookies are made with:Flour, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla.Even if a cookie doesn’t have tree nuts, it is produced in a kitchen where tree nuts may be present.  May contain the following allergens: Nut, wheat, egg and dairy.

10.  DO YOU SHIP OR DELIVER?
Currently, I do not ship. Complimentary delivery within 10 miles of the Roswell area and after 10 miles, there is a $10 delivery charge.
